Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.
6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Our refund policy is governed by The 90-Day Mobility Promise, as detailed in our Refund & Return Policy page. In summary:
- You have 90 days from the date of purchase to request a full refund if you are not satisfied with the results.
- No return of the product is required.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
This policy is in addition to your statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law.
7. SUBSCRIPTIONS
If you purchase a Subscribe & Save plan:
- Your chosen product will be automatically shipped to you at the selected frequency.
- You will be charged at the discounted subscription price before each shipment.
- You may cancel, pause, or modify your subscription at any time by emailing support@snupli.com at least 48 hours before your next scheduled shipment.
- There are no cancellation fees, no minimum commitment, and no penalties for cancelling.
